Teddy left us this evening to go and live in Thorne, Doncaster with his new owner Nick. Nick has promised to keep in touch with us and let us know how Teddy is getting on in his new home and with his new kitty cat sister
Teddy was neutered today before he went so that he could recouperate and bond with Nick in a home enviroment. He was still a little woozy and will probably sleep all evening but this is a calm enviroment for cat and dog to make first aquaintences.

I'm at work and its 9am, but reading this post has made my day and cheered me up

Nick rang today to say Teddy was doing really well, he was eating and drinking and you'd never known he'd had surgery. Nick nearly had a heart attack in the middle of the night when Teddy got upstairs and hurled himself on the bed.

I rang Nick today to see how Teddy was getting on, he was discharged from the vets with a clean bill of health and his wound has healed with no problems at all.
Nick is totally and utterly thrilled with Teddy, the only problem is he got a little possesive with a chew and was growling yesterday, this was the first time he's done it, i've advised Nick to nip this in the bud now before it gets any worse and he starts doing it with other things.
Teddy has had a bath now his wound has healed and Nick said he enjoyed it, which is a good job cos being a terrier no doubt he'll be a roller!

Nick has promised he'll post on the forum to keep us all informed on Teddy and how he's doing.
